During our complimentary roof inspection, we discovered hail damage to the roof, gutters, and shed. We also identified soffit and fascia damage, which the homeowner authorized us to replace. Additionally, we pointed out hail damage to the homeowner's patio umbrella.

We helped the homeowner file a successful claim with Liberty Mutual, which covered the roof replacement and repairs. As part of the claim, we removed the old roofing materials and installed new Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles in Black Shadow. We also added Atlas Pro-Cut Hip & Ridge shingles, Atlas Synthetic Felt "Summit 60," and Trueridge ridge ventilation. New pipe flashings, a black drip edge on all eaves and rakes, and leak barriers around penetrations and in valleys were installed. We replaced damaged roof decking and step flashing, and all roof hardware was painted to match.

The homeowner received a 5-year workmanship warranty for the steep slope areas, along with an additional 10-year workmanship warranty on the roof. We also removed and disposed of an old satellite dish for the homeowner. Throughout the project, we took care to protect the homeowner’s property and ensured the site was clean and debris-free upon completion.
